We recommend sending the package to a secure location where someone can pick it up. We OK Apparel isn't responsible for any stolen packages.


Once a package has shipped, we cannot relay specific messages or instructions to the carrier.


If your package is marked as "Delivered" or shows a final scan, we can't file lost in transit claims or issue refunds. Please reach out to the carrier for assistance with your package and any potential refunds.


For shipping, domestic shipments go through FedEx or USPS Priority, while DHL TO and military boxes ship via UPS/FEDEX. Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-10 business days. International shipments are sent via DHL and usually take 6-12 business days..


In the U.S., orders over $250 qualify for free shipping, which is the default method. If you choose to pay for shipping on a $250+ order with the $6.99 option, it won't arrive any faster, and we can't refund that fee.


Domestic orders are shipped from zipcode 53140, and shipping refunds can't be issued once a package has been shipped.
